We went to HOM today before finalizing a purchase with another store because we felt we had to at least compare another option and honestly we didn't expect to stay long because we had an expectation that we would likely spend more here, which as first time home buyers the goal is to save where you can. Safe to say we were happily wrong about that assumption and we are grateful we decided to stop here today Lee and his colleague (I cannot remember the carpet reps name) were both great help today. They saved us almost $700 with a better bundle. We didn't feel pressured to make the purchase and we left with a smile on our faces when we left that building knowing we were met with the right people Great staff, great atmosphere and friendly all around. 10/10 recommend. Thanks again guys

Susan was awesome! She provided the best customer service ever! She was patient in answering all the questions I had. This was my third time purchasing from the business but first time at this location. Glad we decided to come to this one, we picked out a beautiful kind size bedroom set and are very happy with our purchase. My sister and I had a great time with Susan, we laughed and had the best time ever. I personally hate shopping but this was so fun for me today. Thank you Susan, you rock!!! You are one in a million with your level of professionalism, kindness, sense of humor and proficiency❤️

We recently furnished our new home and had an outstanding experience working with this furniture consultant, Sudeep Ghimire. He was incredibly knowledgeable about furniture quality, construction, and design, and took the time to understand our needs, style, and budget. What I appreciated most was his honest advice on where it made sense to invest in higher-quality pieces and where we could save money without sacrificing durability or appearance. Their recommendations helped us get exceptional value, beautiful furniture, and a cohesive look throughout our home while staying within budget. He made what could have been an overwhelming process easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. I highly recommend Sudeep to anyone looking for expert guidance, great customer service, and someone who genuinely wants to help customers make smart purchasing decisions.

Was here yesterday afternoon in the market of looking for new pillows(and luckily found u guys a mile from my APT), I was helped and guided to where I could get help on finding pillows, went upstairs was told lady employee (forgot the name) would help asap. Waited round 5-7 mins cause she was on the phone with another customer, after 5-7 mins still waiting and still NO HELP, so I gave her a couple more mins, same scenario. I should’ve gone up and waved at her for help but she was gone (maybe looking for me idk?!) and I didn’t have time to wait for her so I said “screw this I’m going to another store” and promptly left and the guy downstairs looked at me and then I said “thanks” and that was that. I should’ve said something since it was VERY SLOW but I had places to be and didn’t wanna wait forever for help. AGAIN SLOW DAY but I guess my business wooo be taken elsewhere. Forgot the guy’s name that guided me to where I could get help but thanks for the help(I guess). I did find what I was looking for(in Minnetonka at a diff brand store I think was mattress firm or sleep number(right across from the mall and near the Best Buy along that service road IYKYK but it was NOT HOM) idk.

Note: This review reflects our in-store customer service experience; we have not yet received the furniture. My wife and I brought our two young sons to the store to look at a specific bedroom set we found online, hoping for a fast and seamless visit. We were greeted warmly by a salesperson named Don, but the positive experience ended there. Don was unaware of where the set was located in the store. When we attempted to take dimensions, he tried to assist using an inadequate tape measure and repeatedly made mental math errors that led to frustration. When processing our quote, he struggled immensely with the computer system and asked me to step behind the desk to type my personal information directly into the terminal—a significant security issue that should never be permitted. That evening, I reviewed the quote and discovered he had added an extra nightstand to our order. I emailed him the correct SKUs and quantities, but received no response for several days despite it being during his scheduled working hours. When I finally called him, Don offered no apology for the error and promised to call me right back, which he failed to do. Once we finally re-connected, the process remained chaotic: he repeatedly blamed the system for dropping discounts and requested my credit card information before confirming the final price or delivery details. Given his total lack of product knowledge, inability to navigate basic sales software, and sloppy communication, I assumed Don was brand new. I was stunned when he informed me he has worked at HOM for 27 years. I ultimately reported the experience to the store manager. The manager was appalled by the security breach on the terminal and noted that Don was improperly using a legacy DOS system instead of their current software, chalking the issues up to user error. Expecting basic accuracy, responsiveness, and proper handling of information isn't too high of an expectation for a seasoned salesperson. Every phase of this interaction was handled poorly.
