Lee Paulson, our salesperson at the Plymouth HOM store, had a wealth of knowledge about the store's inventory and was able to direct us to options that matched our needs. We found the perfect match! Lee was very professional but also made us feel like we've known him for a long time. The delivery people, Steve and Daniel, were also fantastic--very professional, careful and kind. Overall, just an incredible experience of outstanding service, something so rare these days.

I explained to him that I wanted to purchase 2 patio chairs, but that they could only be purchased in store. He helped me to get those items purchased even after my phone dropped him twice and the store was closed. The last time that my phone call dropped, he's simply completed the sale for me and then called and left me a message to let me know that it was taken care of. Thank you Wes for going above and beyond. There are so many companies that need people like you.
