  I have a saga. Well, sort of a saga. To be fair, Lowes wasn't so much at fault as the delivery company. But Lowe's contracts, so I guess they get the blame. First, we ordered a dishwasher. We weren't really sure who we would buy it from, but Lowe's advertised that if we pay the delivery fee, they would pack up and haul away the packaging. So that sold us on Lowes. They scheduled the delivery for a couple of weeks later. They scheduled it for a Thursday evening and we planned on getting the plumber in on Friday to install it. So they give us the window, for Thursday evening. From 2 to 6. My wife had an appointment on Thursday evening at 4:30, so, of course, at 4:00 we get the note that they are on their way. So she rushes home to let them in. I'm still at work and can't leave. At 4:28, a very frustrated wife calls the store in Owatonna. "We're very sorry. we'll see if we can track them down." Susan heads off to her appointment. I come home at 5. And the minutes click by. Later in the day, the very nice manager of the Lowe's store called me, and sheepishly said, "Up. This is kind of embarrassing, but we don't know where your dishwasher is. We can't find the drivers and they haven't returned to the store." It is now 8 PM. The manager offered to take 100 dollars off the price when they were able to redeliver. On Friday we cancel the plumber. The delivery company calls us and says that they can't deliver on Friday, but they can come saturday. Susan called Lowes, because Saturday wouldn't work. So we scheduled it for Monday. She works, but she could head home quickly and let them in when they arrive. Monday morning comes. I get a text saying "Your delivery is on its way. YOu have two customers ahead of you." And then a few minutes later, the text said, "You are next" So I call Susan and she heads home to let them in. 30 minutes later, I get a text saying, "Your delivery has been picked up at the store and is on its way. ETA 30 minutes." By now I'm wondering what sort of a clown show is happening. Susan has been waiting for an hour now. They finally show up. They bring the dishwasher in the house and start to leave. She says, "Wait, you are supposed to unpack it and take away the packaging!" They said, "We don't do that" and left. (Remember why we chose Lowes in the first place...?) So she calls the store again, and they apologize again and say, "I can have them come back". But, you know, we actually have jobs. We can't just take day after day after day off in the hopes that we will get what we paid for. So I will take the packaging off myself. Maybe I'll put it in the Lowe's parking lot. I don't know. But I think my long relationship with Lowes is coming to an end. The managers were very nice. I await my 100 dollar refund with bated breath.

  I've Never been to Lowe's and this was my first time here. I Visited the garden center looking at specific 24" x 10" x 2" stone slabs. Found scrap/broken pieces on the stack that were roughly 5–6 inches (a fraction of the listed dimensions). When asking for price verification for a Manager at self-checkout, I waited over 10 minutes while multiple staff members stood by without assisting or identifying the manager present when 2 of them when to go get the Manager. I showed the staff that the rocks in the pictures as well. I was ultimately informed that broken scrap pieces are sold at full price regardless of size. Unreasonable pricing for damaged/incomplete materials and very poor staff coordination. The guy that had brunette hair, bigger with glasses said I can Go All the Way Back to the Garden Area and Grab The Biggest stone and cut it in as many pieces as I like on my own.. i said to my myself..Wtf? Are you serious? Then he continued to say that each stone will be $3.98 each Even though not original size... WOW...... I was already at the register so I paid full price and Will never return. And if you look at the photos all the ones on the left is All broken and smaller.. smh... I’ll be taking my business to Menards and Home Depot going forward. I wouldn't recommend this Company at all. At Menards they would of doc the price because it was damaged and not original listed item of size.

  Was going to have them do some windows and doors on my house price that was mentioned was far cry from the final price when I called to pay (way over a thousand dollars more) I went back and forth with multiple ppl to get this resolved. Lowes was not willing to work with me at all and I didn't appreciate the deceit and extremely poor customer service I will never have them do another job for me or ever step foot in one of there stores again

  This location is out of town for me, but had a gate kit available I needed and I was going to make the trip to purchase it. Unfortunately this locations adoption of flock mass surveillance technology ultimately dissuaded me from shopping at this location.
