The item was given to me at the online price without hesitation. I was treated courteously and being a woman, I was taken seriously that I was interested in buying a piece of furniture. It shouldn’t be an issue these days, but it still happens to me. Rick was personable and efficient.

He gave me space to look around and make my own decision, while still being available when I had questions. The whole process was quick and easy, and I found the exact bed I was looking for. I really appreciate sales associates like Ty because furniture shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming with people hovering over you. This experience felt comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Ty if you stop in!
