  I completed prior research on the recliner I wanted. Yvette met me at the door and showed me different recliners and offered suggestions based on my preferences. I made the purchase and scheduled a delivery. I was in the store for 30 minutes. Delivery was on time and professional. Recliner is what I expected based on price point.

  We had such a wonderful experience working with Jennifer Downing! From the moment we walked in, she made us feel comfortable and was incredibly knowledgeable about the furniture. She patiently answered all of our questions, gave us the information we needed to make the right decisions, and was always available to help as we continued shopping. We especially appreciated that she never made us feel pressured to buy anything. Even after our purchase, Jennifer continued to provide outstanding service. She responded quickly to our follow-up questions and made sure every detail was taken care of. It's rare to find someone who is so attentive and genuinely cares about making sure their customers are happy long after the sale. Jennifer's professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service made this an enjoyable furniture shopping experience. We were so impressed that we'll definitely be back for future purchases.

  We had a great experience purchasing patio chairs at HOM Furniture. (This was to replace chairs that we'd foolishly bought online, that turned out to have some significant problems.) Our salesperson, Aaron Berg, was exactly what you hope to find when looking for high-quality furniture that also matches your aesthetic and needs: a guide who is knowedgeable and helpful, but not the least bit pushy. I highly recommend HOM for both furniture and rugs, and if you're specifically looking for patio furniture, you can't do better than Aaron.

  We were lucky enough to work with Trish Bixby, a designer at the HOM in Oakdale. I gave Trish 5 stars because she really listened to us and our needs and offered multiple options at different price points. She was patient and kind as we sat on many, many different sofas and stools. She is so upbeat and has a great eye for style which helped me tremendously since I have no eye for design. She is a true professional and we will continue to work with her for all of our future furniture needs.

  We love HOM furniture! We have bought many things from here. We decided to go back in a search for a new couch, but the saleswoman we dealt with yesterday makes us never want to come back. Jennifer needs a new profession. She is beyond pushy and after we explained what our layout was in our living room she proceeded to tell us we should change it so we can fit this $6,000 couch in the space. We told her no since we already have things screwed and wired into place and she again told us to just move it. We then tell her our budget and now she emailed is a couch $3000 over budget! This is just annoying at this point honestly. And not only is it annoying, but rude.
