- BZBruce Zajac1 day ago1.0We purchased outdoor furniture in the spring. It was delivered just after Memorial Day. Upon delivery, The frame for the dining table was installed upside down. The dining table had spurs and needed to be replaced. One of the chairs was damaged and needed to be replaced. The fire table was the wrong color and needed to be replaced. The wrong color fireglass was delivered and needed to be replaced. The furniture cover had two different colors and needed to be replaced. It took over 2 months to resolve all of the issues.

I searched online and found a flex steel loveseat that we liked bur we could only actually see it down in Oakdale at the HOM store. We went and we’re lucky enough to meet Jay and have him show us what we were looking for. He was not pushy and very pleasant to deal with. Long story short, it’s coming Wednesday!

She knows her stuff and can give great advice for anyone looking for the right fit for their sleep style. She is not "salesy" at all and instead felt like a friend while I layed on the bed for 15+ minutes. Jennifer made what I thought would be a super awkward situation one that was actually really great.
