I was the only customer in the store. When I walked in, neither of the associates looked up from their computers. I asked the first one if there were any sales. When I asked the second one jokingly if he was playing a game. He said he was working. Both employees seemed bothered to help me. The product is great though. I love the 2 king sized pillows that I purchased. It’s not very often that you find good customer service these days. Even a smile would have made such a difference. I would expect more from your store.

My wife has special needs, she's an incomplete quadriplegic, and Shane was very helpful in helping us select the correct mattress to fit her needs.
