I was told my couch had to be shipped immediately, which resulted in it being sent to my former apartment instead of my new one. Given that there are no cancellation fees, basic customer service would have been to recommend canceling and reordering to align with my move timeline. That option was never offered. 2. I received an incorrect piece of my couch, and the in-store team has refused to assist with resolving it. To make matters worse, I have been unable to reach anyone through the customer care line despite multiple attempts. This entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and far below the level of service I expected for the premium price. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
