We were renting an RV space with PS it was not a very happy experience.
Now to the happy ending to this story, finding Steve and Extra Space Storage in Minneapolis MN. I contacted the manager Steve and he was very helpful and listened to what our needs were.
We moved our TT trailer 02/25 the rate for our space was outstanding. When the time came for a review of our rental space, I contacted Steve, within two days he got back to us with a cost. We are happy with the result. I also would like to add is how clean and the upkeep of this location.
I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for the team they have in place, excellent communication and their commitment to having a well maintained location.

Pretty happy with my experience overall, it was over a year. I just cancelled my storage right after paying the monthly bill and they refunded it! Management is great, always available to answer questions.
The only thing is prices get raised every 6 months or so and the website rate is only “temporary deal”. Gate has been broken a few times but I don’t use it often so it’s never been a problem.
Would still recommend this location if you don’t DEPEND on storage!

I don’t often leave reviews, but the service I received at this Extra Space Storage absolutely deserves one.
From the moment I walked in, the store manager was incredibly friendly, patient and genuinely focused on making sure I found the right storage unit for my needs. He took the time to answer all of my questions, showed me multiple options, made adjustments without hesitation, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. It’s rare to come across someone who is that accommodating and customer-focused.
