Our experience with the 345 Industrial Blvd NE Extra Space Storage location was outstanding. We rented two storage units and parking for our work truck and trailer. The entire time was smooth from start to finish. The team truly took great care of us. Setup and onboarding were easier than we expected. Had a great experience renting a storage unit here! I completed most of the application online and stopped by during my lunch break to ask a few questions. Steven was incredibly helpful and took the time to give me a quick tour and explain how everything works. He made the process simple and easy to understand.
What I really appreciated was that he made sure I was comfortable with my unit choice and ready to move in. He also let me know that if I ended up needing a different size unit, switching would be an option, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which was perfect since I was on a tight schedule during lunch.
Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a smooth rental process. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.
