- TITerry Roehrig II6 days ago1.0Easily one of the worst pest control companies out there. I had one "technician" jumping and scared of bugs when I hired them for an infestation at Falcon Heights Town Square Multi-family. And over here at Como Apartments, same thing. They are bad news. Stay away.
- MMMuq MuqingtonMay 12, 20263.0We use Adam's as pest control at my apartment complex. They came by when I wasn't home and sprayed for me. They lose points however in punctuality and home manners. When I returned home, all of my lights were left on. They also claim to have shown up at 12:10 on their card, however, that is impossible given the fact I left for work at 12:30. Please do better about being respectful of the homes you spray. I understand you spray a lot of apartments each day when you do a complex call like this, but that is no excuse to leave lights on. You do not pay for my electricity. Leaving lights on is a complaint I have heard from multiple tenants here. Do better, Adam's, or start leaving your pocket change on the counter for us to cover your electricity use. 9 hours of unnecessary electricity use. That is unacceptable.

We have been with Adams since 2022 with Nick as are bug person, Nick is so easy to get along with he address all are needs and he is a credit to Adams pest control. We are planning to stay with Adams for a long time.
