We moved into a house in the fall of 2020 and quickly found that it was infested with large brown spiders. We used a pest control company we had used before and were happy with. When Spring arrived we had an invasion of spring tales in the house. They were every where, It was awful. We went through 4 pest control company’s trying to find a solution. No one could get rid of the spring tales. They had no idea what to do to get this under control and they were at it for years. In fact a name we are all familiar with from commercials on TV, I won’t mention by name had technicians that did not know what they were doing for basic control, and they were very expensive and did not live up to their sale pitch. We were at a loss, but then a neighbor told us about Adams Pest Control and that they had good results with them. The technician who first came to our house was Barrie Anderson. We were so impressed with her thoroughness and commitment to finding a solution. She has become our regular technician and we are so grateful for her professionalism and for her dedication to find answers. She worked with her team at Adams which we also met along the way as they looked for answers to get rid of the spring tales. When something didn’t work, they didn’t give up on us. Barrie discovered that our landscaping was such that it was ideal for springtales to thrive. We did our homework to come up with a solution and so far we are seeing improvements along with their regular service things are going well at this time. We highly recommend this company. They really seem to care. They have been phenominal.

5/5 Stars - Exceptional Lawn Maintenance and Expertise!I cannot recommend Adams Pest Control highly enough for lawn chemical maintenance, specifically due to the outstanding service provided by our technician, Ronald Bertolani. Right from the start, Ronald demonstrated a superior knowledge base that immediately put us at ease. He took the time to explain in great detail the exact chemicals he was using on our yard and the precise reasons why they were necessary for our lawn's health. His depth of understanding regarding chemical applications is unmatched. What impressed me most was his proactive approach to problem-solving. He went to great lengths to explain the biology of crabgrass and how to permanently get rid of it, showing an incredible mastery of his field. Ronald consistently goes out of his way to comment on and explain important nuances that he knows a homeowner would want to know, anticipating our questions before we even think to ask them.If you want a lawn care company that brings unparalleled expertise, clear communication, and exceptional dedication to keeping your yard pristine, look no further than Adams Pest Control and ask for Ronald Bertolani. He is a true master of his craft!

I wanted to share my experience. We had been a customer for 2 years. I feel that Adams doesn’t actually do any pest control besides mice. We have a two story traditional home and a wasp nest formed on the peak of the home. Adams wouldn’t not remove it as it was above the allowed height they service. This is not a multi story building it’s a two story home. Second, we had an underground bee hive next to our man made water feature in our landscaping. Adams refused to treat or even make an appt since it was near water. This is not a natural wetland or pond. It is a man made pond less water fall right next to our home and patios. The customer service agent was beyond rude and when I said I would like to cancel my subscription since this would be the second pest they could not treat. He says great, have a nice day. I would not use Adam’s pest control they don’t treat all pests, have terrible customer service agents and your just a number which they will gladly say by too. We have since gone with another independent company and the price is half the cost as well.
