  Everything about this experience was great. Booking and pre-visit: Troy promptly replied to my online inquiry and offered appointment times the next week. The visit: Troy arrived on time and not only inspected the dryer, rooftop vent and the ductwork behind our drywall, but used imagery and airflow data to explain the situation. Post-visit: Easy payment and follow-up.

  Excellent. - Came day after I called, on time, did excellent work at a fair price. After their work airflow increased by a factor of 2 and dryer is no longer having problems drying clothes. Would hire them again in a second. Thanks guys!.

  Troy is a hidden gem. I was trying to find a company that did air duct cleaning and gave him a call, explaining that I didn’t really know my hvac system in our new house. Instead of waiting for days for a quote, he actually came out within the hour to our home and explained the entire system for me - took pictures inside the vents to show me what they looked like, and walked me through my home. This honestly meant so much to me because he didn’t charge for this and truly it was so informative of how our system works. We booked him to come back out a few days later to do the full cleaning of the vents. Not only did he clean out the vents, the dryer, and installed the new vents I ordered from Home Depot - but he also cut down our dryer vent from 30 feet to 8 feet, vacuumed up areas behind the dryer for us, and cleaned out our entire air duct in our vents - including replacing the HEPA filter and the water panel filter too. Thank you for all your help!

  I reached out on Saturday evening for an appointment. Confirmed an appointment for Monday afternoon. Troy showed up as scheduled, was thorough in explaining his process, and proceeded to complete the vent cleaning. Followed up with pictures and video. He even found the coin that was making the dryer very noisy without asking! Overall, exceedingly pleased with Troy's service.
