I have been using this ESS location for three years now. Over time I have downsized and moved around a bit as my needs changed. Management has always accommodated my needs and the process has always been easy. Recently I went in to discuss my unit and rates once again and Kasaundra was a delight to work with. Cassandra was wonderful to work with and I hear Miss Debbra is also fabulous. I am 63 years old and have never stored anything, and I'm gonna store my whole house because I get to go live in the south for six months or so in a completely furnished beautiful place. I was very nervous about contacting a storage facility because it's so unfamiliar to me. Having spent just 20 or 30 minutes here with Cassandra she answered all my questions and showed me beautifully clean units of different sizes so I can think about which size I need. The facility also seems extremely secure with its cameras and lax. I love that there are garage doors you can pull into with your truck so you don't have to worry about rain. They're also open for access to your unit from 6 AM to 10 PM every day. I never give reviews of anything. But I give this place five stars!!
