The store itself is great—clean, well-organized, and actually fun to walk through if you enjoy browsing crafts and home décor. It’s the kind of place you can easily spend time exploring. Unfortunately, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. The employees I’ve encountered have been unhelpful and, at times, outright rude. On one visit, I asked for assistance and was told “no” because (she) the employee was stocking fabric into cubbies. I understand staffing can be a challenge, but refusing to help a customer altogether is not acceptable. A store can look great, but the experience is defined by the people working there. Based on my visits, customer service is clearly lacking. I hope management addresses this, because it has the potential to be a really enjoyable place to shop.
