  We had a great experience with Tyler! He helped us choose the right rugs for our new home and was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to measure our sectional and dining area carefully to make sure we got the right rug sizes for each space. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. We really appreciate his patience and attention to detail. Highly recommend Tyler! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My wife and I recently purchased a sofa and recliner with the remote controlled reclining operation on both items. The remote control operates the reclining of the seat, back, head rest and lumbar, which is a really nice option. You can adjust this chair and sofa to form perfectly to your desired body position. Our sales representative Michael Snediker did an excellent job helping us decide which products to purchase, and he was not pushy at all. About a month after we got the furniture home, we loved it so much, we decided to get another recliner exactly the same as the one we previously purchased. I emailed Michael and he got back to me within a few hours. The price of the product went up a little bit since our last purchase. Michael and HOM Furniture honored the price we previously paid, so we also saved some money, which was very nice. Thank you Michael and HOM for the excellent service that you have provided to me and my wife!

  Excellent care as we decided to look at some furniture we want to get for our new apartment. Sales staff very informed, and did everything needed for us to know all we could about our potential purchase. No pressure, very professional and light hearted! We appreciated being able to kid around with them at a time of intense searching. A new sales person was being trained in, and the trainer was so patient, helpful and respectful of her. It was a joy to watch their interaction.

  We appreciated the salesperson at our local HOM furniture store in that he responded to our specific needs, did not put pressure on us, and stuck with us through a very lengthy process of making sure the furniture we might decide on would be the right fit. Rick Jorgensen was authentic, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the products in our local HOM store. He helped us visualize how to imagine the pieces in our space-all in a patient manner. Lucky for us, Rick was available to help us out. After all of his explanations, tips, and demonstrations, we told Rick we needed the day to make a decision, and Rick was respectful of that decision. He gets an A+ for his understanding and kindness. Looking forward to seeing the furniture in our home when it is delivered.
