Tyler at HOM was wonderful to work with! He spent so much time patiently helping my elderly mom find the right carpet while staying within her budget. He was friendly, respectful, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. He went above and beyond to make sure she found exactly what she was looking for. We truly appreciate his kindness and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend Tyler!

Rick was amazing and he patiently and professionally walked me through a grand design for my family room furniture. I have been a loyal HOM customer for years in different cities, and the Little Canada MN store is among the best!

Scott was a great help to my wife and I as we picked out a new bed frame. He showed us the best options that fit our criteria, and he pointed out important details that helped us to make a clear decision between the two bed frames we were considering. Anyone who needs helpful input from the store staff will be in good hands with Scott!

I was on the hunt to redecorate my living room I had visited several places but settled HOM(the Little Canada location), as I have purchased mini pieces from small table tops to full rooms of furniture at HOM and have always been satisfied with the selection and quality. I WILL SAY THAT AFTER BEING IN THE STORE FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES NO ONE APPROACHED ME UNTIL JANE H. DID. She was polite , not pushy, and listened to what I wanted, directed me to several selections and even pressed more and followed my lead. She walked through the store with me for at least another 30 to 45 minutes while I started whittling down my final choices. She checked prices for me and for me of sales and the difference is between items and gave me information to take home and go over. I was so grateful for her time and effort that I went back the next day and she was gracious enough to go back in depth with me while I made my final decision and I ultimately made a purchase. I would definitely look and ask for Jane again if I found myself needing something from this HOM location again. I would highly recommend working with her.

Went back to HOM Furniture to check out the Helix Midnight Elite mattress. I was assisted by Laurie Aricco. She was very knowledgeable about the mattress and was looking at it herself. I enjoyed talking to her about the mattress and other options. She also explained the 3 year intetest free financing and the 120 day sleep testing. I did purchase the mattress, cover and a pillow. Looking forward to a good night's sleep! Thanks for your help Laurie!
