  The sales experience was very good during our time investigating towards purchasing a King Bed. Our first trip was handled by Matt, who was knowledgeable and never pushy. It felt like his opinions were very honest and not trying to push us towards something. So when it came time to make the ourchase, we asked for Matt, who was very good with any questions or concerns during process. Kudos to Matt!

  First, I’ll start by saying they have beautiful pieces. Additionally, the delivery team that came to my home was efficient and super respectful! The sales team, however, has been a nightmare to work with! We had a house fire and needed to refurnish our entire home. At one time I asked her a question on a different type of chair and her response to me was “we aren’t furnishing a man cave”. Then she sent me some other options for a chair, so I stopped in on my own to sit in the chair. Another sales lady walked by and said “that’s a nice char, isn’t it.” I said “it is, I just wanted it to swivel as well” and her response to me was “well you just have to get over that”. I should have just stopped there and not ordered anything from them. But I was stressed out and they had already done a bunch of work looking at different pieces for me. There was a sale running and we put money down so that we could guarantee the lower prices. After that, it was worse than pulling teeth to get an updated invoice! I had to create a spreadsheet myself just to be able to go thru it with my sales person and after that conversation I removed thousands of dollars worth of items and she still wouldn’t get me an updated invoice! My first delivery came and she had ordered the wrong dining table - the one she showed me I was getting was $850 more than the one she put on my invoice. When I pointed out the mistake she gave me the options of keeping the cheaper one, sending it back with a 20% restock fee or only having to pay an additional $600 vs $850. It was HER mistake, but I’m the one out money - riddle me that. I’m still waiting on my second delivery, but if I’m being honest my hopes are low. Oh, and I’m still waiting on an updated invoice.

  We've had a superb experience here. Our designer Susan is OH SO talented. She knows what she's doing, has a plan for how she likes to work that is very helpful. At the very beginning of our collaboration she said: I don’t want you to like your furniture, I want you to LOVE it, and we do! We're very excited to see our living room furniture as well as our patio furniture in place! I can't overstate how satisfied we are with our experience. We WILL be back...SOON! Our color pallette is below.
