  My elderly mother wanted help finding a new couch and dinette set. Our first stop was Hom furniture since my wife and I have had several successful furniture purchases through the years. Tamara immediately greeted us and let us know that she was available to help us. Tamara was very thorough and patient with the entire process. Tamara wrote up a quote with the very specific options my mother was most interested, including all discounts as advertised. After confirming my mothers choices would satisfy her specific needs at home, we called the customer service number Tamara shared with us to pay the invoice in full and set up a delivery day. To this point the process has been very pleasant.

  we got lots of stuff here one time we used to have a ripped up couch so we were looking at couches we saw one called trevor we got it and its a good couch! and then we went there one time and got a i cant remember what i what its called but evrey time we go there we get there cookies and they are good! ok one time we went there with my brother and my mom and my son and my grandma we were going into our car we saw a loose goldon retrever! my mom called the number on its collar the goldon retrevers mom came out she was gardening she got the goldon retrever and we left!

  Truly terrible experience top to bottom. We purchased the couch and pillows early April and were quoted an end of May for delivery. The buying process was ok but the sales associate was very disorganized and frazzled. About a month after ordering, we were told there was an issue with the fabric we chose and we’d have to pick a new one. They gave us a complimentary “rush” on our order for the inconvenience and assured us the timeline wouldn’t change on the delivery. End of May came and went and I called to check on the status of the order and I emailed the sales associate I was working with. Never got a call back or an email. Called again a week later and was told they didn’t know what the hold up was. Asked to speak to the manager who was “going to get to the bottom of this” and he assured me I’d hear from him by EOD tomorrow. 4 days later I receive news that unfortunately the delivery date was pushed out to end of July just an “it is what it is” situation. Called back to try and reach our sales associate and one of the receptionist said they were going to look into what the hold up was. He informed me that our new delivery date was going to be pushed out even further because “part” of my couch was on a train headed somewhere else(???) After more back and forth, the couch came early July but the pillows weren’t with the order and the couch was SO uncomfortable. We already own this same couch just a different configuration and color so we knew we’d like the couch, or so we thought. This new couch is so uncomfortable and the fabric feels like plastic like. I feel like I’m sitting in a doctors office waiting room. It’s now mid July and we still haven’t received our pillows and although I’ve called to check on their status, I know nothing. The sales associate was going to get to the bottom of this and give me a call back and I never received a call. Customer service clearly isn’t a concern of theirs. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience and will not be a returning customer.

  I bought a recliner from Corey. He answered all of my questions, etc. I was able to take home a swatch of the material to see how the color would look in my home. I did buy the recliner and am looking forward to delivery. The store personnel in Lakeville were really great. I spent a lot of time browsing both levels looking at recliners and accent chairs. Someone would always check in with me through this time and then let me continue on when I said I was just looking. They were polite and respectful and happy to let me browse. When I had seen enough, Corey was there. Take a tour, you'll enjoy it.

  We went in expecting to be ambushed by salesmen but we got a few pleasant hellos and we're told if we needed anything they would be more than happy to help us. Gunnar was AMAZING!!! After checking out many couches we found the perfect one. I impulsively picked a coffee table with matching end tables but wasnt completely sold. We checked out, again with the best service. By the time we got home, I knew that the tables just weren't it. I called Gunnar and he said whenever we had time come back on in and he would cancel the tables right away. We decided to go right back. I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he found the perfect one and showed me two different types of end tables to go with it. I chose, then walked over to the fireplace TV stands. I couldn't decipher whether it matched the tables and he literally carried the table over to us which wasn't a short distance. All and all we are so happy with our experience and would highly recommend Gunnar to anyone looking for furniture!!!! Thanks again, Dina W
