  TJ Carlson provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He arrived early, greeted me warmly, and took the time to discuss exactly what we wanted done. We had previously worked with TJ on the bid to remove our bur oak, and Bratt Tree did such a great job that we called them again to discuss pruning our fruit trees and lilac tree. Just as before, TJ listened carefully and asked thoughtful questions to make sure he understood our needs. Before leaving, he reviewed the bid, clearly explained the steps and process, asked about my availability, and confirmed the best contact information. I’m extremely pleased with TJ’s professionalism, thoroughness, and friendly service. I highly recommend TJ and Bratt Tree and will gladly continue relying on them for our tree care needs!

  I haven't purchased anything from Bratt, but wanted to comment on Ian's knowledge and professionalism during the consult / free estimate. It was very much a low-pressure experience and fact-based discussion around opportunities to care for various trees on my property.

  Nathan and his team (Megan and Sage) did a great job! Very personable and knew what to do. Asked me to come out and look at their work several times to see if I approved of the job. It started raining during the last hour but that did not deter them. Would highly recommend!

  I’ve used Bratt tree for all of my big jobs over the past few years. Yes, I have put the ladder at its highest setting and tried to pole saw myself.. works for thin but not for thick. They get the job done and I always like their guys. It’s really expensive though. For a broken branch off a silver Maple stuck up high up over the roof top it was $1000. It was the in between of the 4 quotes I received.. but I’ve used them before so I stuck with them. Make sure you have ALL cutting including preventative stuff done at the same time because it’s more expensive to have them haul equiptment out twice. When it’s as hot as it is today, make sure you offer to hydrate them. Spray them down and whatnot. They like Fresca;) and will reward you with talk about ur trees! Shout out Francisco and Ross!
