I’ve bought equipment from L&P and having no real problems. But today this dude went above and beyond to help me with my project!!!

- DBDavid BaerNov 22, 20231.0We have 20.5 hours on our John Deere Lawnmower and after 5 minutes of crunching leaves I mean 4 minutes it caught fire no one will pay for it or fix it under warranty?We are so upset that we will never buy a Lawn Mower or tool from them again.The fire started in the engine not the leaves.They even said they would fix it then went back on that after they found out no warranty.WoW!!!!!!The warranty also stated 180 hours and to do a maintenance at 50 hours not 20 if you can’t stand behind that or lie about fixing a problem I was told that warranty would not fix it but you would anyway.That is customer service on a 20 hour machine.You went back on your word so now we have to hire legal advice to also pay for the damages and fire department fees .People just started doing Google reviews a few years ago so I’m sure time will tell.Also found out they bent the axle on both sides some how loading it on and off the trailer???This is an ongoing nightmare!Your only as good as your last customer!
