  Our technician, Jack S., was on-time, organized, clean, informative, and very personable. He made the whole inspection process easy for us new homeowners to ask questions and get the answers we were seeking. This was an awesome experience all around!   Ryan was excellent in using pictures ti show us the problem with our chimney. He explained the NFPA code that I wished to learn about. We appreciated his thorouness in all the details.

  So grateful for the Chimney Doctors! We needed quick repairs due to a dummy tile breaking through the top and leaving a nice hole. We were able to get an appt within a couple days. Hal was our first point of contact and left us feeling confident in our choice with the Chimney Doctors. He was knowledgeable, personable and answered all our questions. Dalton and the team delivered on what was quoted and did a great job. Great communication. No upselling.

  Hal was personable and very thorough in his explanation of my chimneys condition. He walked me through solutions and was helpful in explaining how to use my Home owners insurance company to cover some of the cost. He offered to be a resource as I walk through pursuing a solution. Easy to work with and very helpful. Highly recommend this company and this technician.
