- DDDulce6 days ago2.0I went today to get some dirt and paint, the person in charge of the paint section was very rude to me when I asked for help, the first time I asked him a question he acted like he didn’t hear me then I asked again and gave me an odd answer, minutes later I went to get the paint and all the ones in hand were dented, he walked past me and I ask again if I could get some help, he didn’t answer then finally gave a rude answer again, then I asked him just to help me reach a paint and he didn’t, told me to get another one I didn’t wanted and left, I was with a baby and made me cry with his rude behavior making me feel bad for asking help, I ended up not buying it. In the other hand the yard workers were nice.

They sent a very small fellow and another guy who just parroted the little guy saying it was too hard for them to get the washer upstairs. When I called about getting someone more competent for the delivery o was told they changed the story to be they were concerned for their safety. Lowes competition has no problem with the stairs. Im canceling my pro membership.

Well 4:00pm rolled around and still no word or update to the delivery timeline when I checked online. Wife calls help desk for them to tell her it didn't make it on the delivery truck for an unknown reason. Thank you for making me sit around waiting and not updating the delivery status.
