We were in Hibbing Lowe’s on sun 6/28 & Mon 6/29 both times to buy some small rock from garden shop we had other purchase so went to check out in front had issues doing self check out and pricing . An employee named Eugene helped us both times He was very courteous ,so helpful , both times stepped up to help I needed carry out he called for help no one showed so he helped me load rocks in car. We are frequent shoppers on other occasions he has been one to help us & took extra time to meet our needs. We very much appreciate him and his kind and caring service. Went in store to get a water heater. Bought it on June 6th, paid to have it delivered. Thinking it would juat be easier, damn was I wrong!! I was told it would be delivered on the 7th possibly 8th at the LATEST! Got a email saying its loaded on the truck. The 7th I got a email saying it was delayed, that was fine, no worries 8th would work too. Delivery time was between 9am - 9pm. I got a email at 830 pm sayings its delayed again. Okay now I'm irritated, they give me another delivery time between 9am - 9pm. My fiance got sick of wating so he went in store just to find out it was NEVER LOADED on a truck nor did they even have a Delivery time scheduled for that day the 9th! Mind you I ordered it on the 6th expecting it the 8th at the latest. I wouldn't be as mad if they would have been honest about the delivery status and dates. So annoying when you expect things on a certain day, I get delays happen but be honest about it!!
