  Was greeted by Brenden and spent probably 2 hours with us going through options, prices, and suggestions for our couch, recliner, coffee table and rug purchases. I have been to a number of furniture stores in the area before visiting Hom - all the people were nice and helpful at the other stores for sure - but Brenden was a step above and listened carefully to our needs and found the perfect combination. With his help we were able to find good prices on all the items - knowledgeable and friendly. We haven't received the furniture yet (were there tonight) but as far as the experience and transaction are concerned, I couldn't be happier (same for my wife)! Great atmosphere at HOM and fantastic selection.

  We came to HOM Furniture to shop for a mattress. Mattresses are exceedingly complicated these days with so many types and variations. We had done our homework online so were somewhat prepared, but still had no idea we would have so many options. Eric was our sales person and we were blown away by his detailed knowledge of every single product. We had shopped at another mattress store beforehand and there simply was no comparison with regard to knowledge. Eric knew we had been looking online and could speak to what we had been reading and how to compare the products in his store. He explained which brands were running sales, but didn't try to sway us toward any particular brand other than what we already had an interest in. He was also great at knowing when to leave us alone to talk or just lay on mattresses to test them. In the end we bought our first king mattress and know it will be perfect. Plus we have a 100-day return policy if it is not right for us. We also have free delivery that includes set up. Eric has been doing this for 25 years and it shows. We would never go to anyone else and recommend him without a single reservation.

  Shopping at HOM was a great experience made even better by Charles, the salesman who helped me out. He was kind, attentive, and efficient. He also went above and beyond several times communicating back and forth both on the phone and via email, even reaching out to another store to clarify the specs of the item as it was on display in that particular store. If you are looking for furniture, do not hesitate to go to HOM and be sure to ask for Charles.

  HOM Furniture is one of my favorite places to browse when I’m looking for home inspiration. The store is always incredibly clean, bright, and inviting, which makes it a pleasure to walk through at your own pace. I often find myself just wandering around, taking photos of pieces I like so I can go home and think about how they might fit my space. One thing I really appreciate is the attention to customer comfort. The bathrooms are consistently clean and easy to access, which isn’t something every store gets right. They also offer complimentary pop and cookies, which adds a nice, welcoming touch to the overall experience. The staff strikes a good balance—they’re not pushy or constantly hovering, which I personally prefer. That said, there are times when it can be a bit difficult to track someone down if I do have a question. Still, it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience. I’ve never had a bad visit here, and it’s a place I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for furniture or just some inspiration for their home.

  This was an extremely pleasant experience. I had my heart set on a dining room piece that I found online and they had a floor display, after seeing and doing measurements we realized it wasn't going to work and I was really dissapointed. Mary Jean listened to what we were working with size wise, what are needs were and what we liked, and was able to show us something that ended up being way better than what I originally wanted and working much better for us and still well within our price range. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products, manufactures, warranties and very helpful in understanding our needs. I am so thankful for her help and that she was there when we came in. My husband and I did not have a lot of time to put into searching and she was able to find exactly what we wanted. She was fantastic and so were all other staff there -- very enjoyable experience and we are super excited to get our pieces!
