  I've bought 2 saws in the last year, am having trouble with one an Echo 590 not oiling the bar. Took it in and they were no help. I'll shop elsewhere in the future.

  Brought my 35 hp vanguard motor to them at A-1. I was told by A-1 that the motor was a complete loss and wanted $4500 to replace the entire motor. Water had gotten into the gas can and caused the cylinder walls and tops of pistons to rust. Ended up picking the motor up from them and brought it to someone else for a second opinion. The second shop ended up fixing the motor for $1000. Cleaning the cylinder walls and replacing the pistons. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Service manager has the memory of a goldfish, doesn’t write anything down and what you say goes in one ear and out the other. Parts guys are solid, except the owner who kept my $ for over pay for service so I had to buy shit to get it back. Service guys are idiots. Probably because the service manager is incompetent. 5 times I brought my mower back for 1 $4,500 repair. I dropped off my mower and one service guy said it wouldn’t start. I had to turn around and show him how to start it. Avoid this place. I was a customer for years that didn’t have a reasonable close place. Now I’ve found one, and they are much better.

  Brought my new craftsman rider in for an issue with starting and couldn't be happier with the professional service I received !Not only did they fix it in a timely manner it was totally free and under warranty as it should be, thanks guys! I should have brought it to them first and definitely will in the future if I need any service!!

  Bought a Echo 3510 chain saw from them. Got it home, would start after a lot of pulls, but wouldnt continue to run. Brought it back. Blah blah, it's okay now. Same problem. Brought it back...waste of time...same problem same story. Wasted gas and brought it back to no avail. Been sitting in my shed for a couple of years now while I used other saws. Took it else where, same story "runs fine". Yes, until I actually try to cut some wood with it. Nice people, friendly, but I am not impressed with repair. Also bought a CS271T Echo there. (Little saw) runs great and always has.
