  Bought a Echo 3510 chain saw from them. Got it home, would start after a lot of pulls, but wouldnt continue to run. Brought it back. Blah blah, it's okay now. Same problem. Brought it back...waste of time...same problem same story. Wasted gas and brought it back to no avail. Been sitting in my shed for a couple of years now while I used other saws. Took it else where, same story "runs fine". Yes, until I actually try to cut some wood with it. Nice people, friendly, but I am not impressed with repair. Also bought a CS271T Echo there. (Little saw) runs great and always has.
