    2 star review is solely for the selection of items they have in store. Beyond that, I wouldn’t recommend Ferguson unless you’re comfortable navigating choices on your own. The employees will absolutely not acknowledge you. The first time I went, it was busier in the store (presumably as it was a Saturday so the only real time for people to visit the showroom). I was there for probably an hour looking at sinks and faucets, and was never acknowledged by a single employee (not even a simple hello). There are signs up throughout the store to scan a QR code to schedule an appointment, but the code didn’t work. So then I tried the website and it said there were no appointments available to book so I’d need to call. But upon calling, no one answers the phone. Kinda tricky to schedule anything this way. The second time we went, we were there about 30 minutes before closing and employees seemed more concerned with cleaning. One was dusting and another was turning all the lights off. We asked about sample colors of the different sinks we were looking at and were told to contact manufacturers directly. Honestly, great showroom to direct you to what to purchase from a competitor since they don’t want to help anyone.

    Good to look at certain things but no one will help you or take you seriously. This is for rich people who dont get their hands dirty. I do my own jobs and asked for some specs and was just told to look it up online

    This is our first time with a remodel project and Jonathan was super helpful walking us through everything. He was great at explaining everything in a helpful and easy to understand manner. Hopefully the rest of our project goes as smoothly as our experience at Ferguson!

    So frustrating when you identify product as in stock and ready to ship when you don't actually have the product in stock. Ferguson showed items in stock and ready to ship so I cancelled an order with a different retailer after placing an order with Ferguson. Then, I get a backorder notice on EVERY item from Ferguson. Clearly you're chasing orders and hoping the vendor has it in stock to drop ship even though you are representing it being in your inventory and ready to ship. Thanks! Have to update this. When trying to cancel the order, which they could not fill because they simply took my money and then placed an order with their vendor, they would not promptly refund my purchase. So... they carry no inventory risk. They state they have the inventory ready to ship within days. When they cannot follow through they refuse to provide an immediate refund until they get confirmation from their vendor that the order can be cancelled. Talk about questionable business practices!
