  Our Showroom Consultant is Marnie O'Neal and she's Fantastic. She knows the products and listens to what your needs are and offers excellent advice. She's amazing helpful. I am so greatful she's there for us and appreciate her help.

As he looked up from his phone, 'Everyone is busy. Best to just call customer support. ' Left the building with a warm fuzzy.....

  I stopped by Ferguson around 4:30 p.m. today to get inspiration for an upcoming bathroom remodel. I knew they closed at 5:00, so I wasn’t expecting extensive assistance and even told the two associates that I was just browsing. The disappointing part of my visit came around 4:45. While I was looking at the bathroom lighting displays, a staff member walked over and began turning off the lights directly in front of me without saying a word. There were plenty of other areas he could have started in, so it felt as though I was being rushed out 15 minutes before closing. I shared my concerns with the manager before leaving, hoping he would acknowledge the situation, but instead I was made to feel uncomfortable and that my feedback wasn’t important. Customer service matters, especially when you’re considering a significant purchase like a bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, this experience left such a negative impression that I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

  2 star review is solely for the selection of items they have in store. Beyond that, I wouldn’t recommend Ferguson unless you’re comfortable navigating choices on your own. The employees will absolutely not acknowledge you. The first time I went, it was busier in the store (presumably as it was a Saturday so the only real time for people to visit the showroom). I was there for probably an hour looking at sinks and faucets, and was never acknowledged by a single employee (not even a simple hello). There are signs up throughout the store to scan a QR code to schedule an appointment, but the code didn’t work. So then I tried the website and it said there were no appointments available to book so I’d need to call. But upon calling, no one answers the phone. Kinda tricky to schedule anything this way. The second time we went, we were there about 30 minutes before closing and employees seemed more concerned with cleaning. One was dusting and another was turning all the lights off. We asked about sample colors of the different sinks we were looking at and were told to contact manufacturers directly. Honestly, great showroom to direct you to what to purchase from a competitor since they don’t want to help anyone.
