We gained an 12’ x 15’ area rug when we bought a condo. American Rug Laundry was able to get the stains that were probably 4 yrs old, out. I appreciated their pick up and drop off service too!

Exceptional service and communication. This rug needed a lot of attention after 10 years of dogs and abuse. So glad we found this company!

My experience with American Rug Laundry was great! I scheduled the cleaning because my rug needed a good cleaning, and they were running a special. They rolled and picked up my rug. It was returned two weeks later, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They also recommended buying a rug mat, which I did. That make a big difference in how my rug looks and feels. I would definitely recommend American Rug Laundry.

They did as represented. My rugs were picked up as promised, returned on the day promised & well cleaned. My only issue was, I had told them I would pay by CC & their invoice stated payment was to be within 5 days of delivery. This is inaccurate as they refused to leave the rugs without payment.

Very nice job of cleaning rug but did not take red stains out. The only real disappointment was gentleman that delivered to living room, I asked if they would help me lay it and he said instruction wasn’t on order!
