  After many years of neglect, I had four area rugs cleaned by American Rug Laundry. The service was great and the results were wonderful. The personnel was knowledgeable about the kind of rugs I had and the best method for cleaning each of them. After cleaning, the colors of my handmade rugs were vibrant again, and even the battered fringed sparkled. The folks at American Rug Laundry even gave me tips for how to deal with future spillage and stains. Given the size of my rugs and how much abuse they had taken before being cleaned, I thought the price was very reasonable.

  All of the contacts I had with the staff were helpful and courteous, even the gentleman who exchanged someone else's rug for our rug. We left town shortly after our five rugs were returned from the cleaners and we didn't bother to open the rolls before we left. A week later we returned, opened our rug-role and found a lovely rug that wasn't ours. We called the company and they got right on the situation. We had our rugs back within a short time.

  Loved the delivery serve.... Could not have been more seamless. Call out to delivery person Robert, As he was so helpful and kind. Rugs look great and I will definitely use American Rug Company again.

  The team at American Rug Laundry i is phenomenal! From the person who manages scheduling, who is courteous and friendly, to the salesmen, who are knowledgeable and patient, to the technicians that take care of rugs that have been lived with who are careful to understand the value, both sentimental and monetary, of the beautiful works of art that live in the floor.

  We had a great experience from start to finish. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and super helpful, even offered me a discount that I didn’t know about. They completed the cleaning faster than anticipated and the quality was great.
