  The service was great. the associate (Lion) was a very kind young man. He was very thorough and was not pushy at all. Very excited about receiving the bed we ordered.

  We appreciated getting to work with Mohamed. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and was patient with our questions. We never felt that he didn't know the product well. We just bought the most expensive bed I've ever laid on, and I'm trying not to think about that too much, but we were definitely not pressured into it. We bought the adjustable King Activebreeze and 2 breeze pillows. We're a week or two out from receiving it, and I'm calm about the purchase knowing if it's not perfect we do have a few return options. We both look forward to a good night's rest.

  Mohamed was a really nice guy who helped us to get out of our current bed that we are not happy with. Going back to Tempur-Pedic. Great conversation and really personable and friendly. Great experience!!!
