  It was my first time and I honestly doubt I'll go back. I will say that the food and the drinks We're very good. I was extremely shocked that they do not serve any soft drinks other than Coke and diet Coke. I also was not impressed with the service overall. We did have a waitress come over right away and that was great but it took forever to just get water. We had 2 different people come over to ask about drinks which was a little odd. Once we received our check we couldn't find any of the wait staff and waited longer than we should have, especially since the restaurant was maybe a quarter full. Overall, I don't think I'll be back.

  This company takes billing practices to a whole level of malpractice! Your credit cards get billed randomly without any knowledge or invoice to go with it. Just when you think you have things figured out with billing another charge shows up for thousands of dollars.

  Run—don’t walk—away from this nightmarish company. The store (or “gallery,” in RH’s carefully chosen language meant to imply rarity and importance) staff are actually excellent: knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. My experience was great right up until the moment I placed an order. From that point forward, I regret ever walking through the doors. RH (formerly Restoration Hardware) has spent the last decade aggressively rebranding itself as the arbiter of taste and luxury—building jaw-dropping “galleries,” launching a hotel, even a yacht. Glossy marketing and eye-watering prices reinforce the fantasy. Unfortunately, that fantasy collapses under even minimal scrutiny. There are two massive flaws in RH’s model. First: most of the hard goods—yes, the expensive wood furniture—are manufactured in China or Vietnam, often using inexpensive softwoods. These are the same or similar factories supplying far more reasonably priced brands like CB2 or Crate & Barrel. The difference is not quality; it’s markup. That markup is what funds the galleries, the yacht, and executive compensation—not superior craftsmanship. Second (and far worse): RH’s operations and logistics are spectacularly incompetent. This is the primary reason for this review—to spare others the same experience. I ordered a dining table, dining chairs, counter stools, and a bookshelf. All items were listed as in stock and guaranteed for delivery by 12/27. As of 12/27, I received the bookshelf via UPS but hadn't received a delivery date for anything except the stools. After contacting the designer I worked with—who then escalated to management—it was discovered that the table and three chairs were simply… lost. No delivery date. No explanation. Just gone. Because we had just moved into a new home and actually need furniture, I canceled the order. The refund was processed for everything except the missing table and chairs. I was told they couldn’t refund those until the items were “found,” which is a fascinating business policy. A week later, the lost items miraculously resurfaced. After another request, the designer and management submitted the return, and all appeared resolved—until I received a confirmation this morning showing a refund of $0, despite my card having been charged the full amount plus tax. I have now reached out again to correct yet another error and am rapidly losing patience. At this point, I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company, as I have completely lost confidence in RH’s ability to resolve even the simplest issue. If you enjoy overpriced softwood furniture made overseas and are unconcerned with when—or if—your purchases arrive, RH may be perfect for you. If, however, you value American-made, high-quality furniture, transparent pricing, and competent service, there is a Minnesota-based company just down the street that puts RH to shame. Consider yourself warned.
