- LRLynne ReulJul 3, 20265.0Our first visit was with Lily. She was fantastic. She need the products extremely well and helped point us in the direction we thought we were looking for. Her insight was very helpful. Then Tam cam to our home and helped fine tune our fabric choices and plan for pieces. We went back to the store to meet with Tam again. She was so patient with us as we had changed our minds on the original couch and recliner. She helped us with our decision and fabrics. I cannot say enough good things about the two of them and the process. Kudos to both of them.

Staff was attentive and patient, explaining all aspect of the sofa, warranty and purchase agreement. Highly recommended for the purchasing process. After the product is delivered and lived with for a while I will review the product itself.

We were pleasantly surprised at the continued quality of Lazy boy furniture! We purchased a queen size sofa sleeper and can’t wait to get it. It was a bonus that it was on sale! We worked with Conner and he was great to answer all of our questions and concerns!

Tam came to our home to help with the fabric selection which really helped. She was very helpful and easy to work with. The one negative for me was with the website. Prior to finalizing our order I attempted to review our 3 fabric options on the chair on the website. Not one of the 3 fabrics were listed as options so I could get a clearer idea of what it would look like. Very odd.
