On first two visits exploring and then signing up, there was only one staff on duty and they knew little about the details of leasing space. On the third visit, there were 3 staff present and they were extremely helpful.
Signage is poor and it is easy to get lost in the maze of hallways.
Using the key for the unit is tricky.
I have purchased motion sensing lights because the unit is so dark inside.
On the positive side, the facility is spotless and amazingly well maintained.
