  My name is Brenda, my Grandmother rented me a Uhaul and storage area at this Self Storage location. I could not get the keys so I canceled both the same night, because I did not know when I could get the movers again, I didn't want the 30 days to start that day. My grandmother said, please check, so I went there in person, I was told by the young lady, no problem, I did it earlier. I called every day. I went back in person, no problem, I will check into it. I called and the girl that answered said you can cancel after two weeks, What!!!!! I said, I would get intouch with Corporste Uhaul, she said, go ahead. Then I found out Uhaul, is not connected to Self Storage, that is why, she said, go ahead. I called Corporate, I spoke to Shane Beckman, he said he would talk to the girl there, maybe she already too care of it. I called him and the wome Stephanie thar I was told over see Self Storage in that area. Yesterday, Shane Beckman, called and told me he is not a part of Self Storage, but he sent a email for me, to them. My Grandmother was helping me, we never even opened the Self Storage door, my Grandmother needs her $100 back on her credit card.

  Tabatha is the best Manager! She always stays calm fixes any issues and has amazing customer service. Please continue to keep her there we move where she goes as she goes above and beyond for all her customers. 10’stars!!
