  Kevin and Antonio provided superior service, they were both very helpful and knew their craft. My girl has pees in the basement, so they needed to remove those stains, hoping it works. I enjoyed having them make my home ready for spring!

  Dog urine odor removed! I’d tried to treat it myself without success. They used a black light to show more soiled areas than I’d seen. Thorough, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced.

  Hired Steam Master for a long overdue cleaning of a pretty dirty cream velvet couch. Two friendly and professional technicians came and spent about two hours cleaning it. They managed to improve it far more than I anticipated which I was super happy about. I noticed after they left that although it was super clean, the stripes in the pile weren't going away (the tracks of the steam cleaner). I called to ask if I needed to vacuum them out and the owner came out himself, conditioned the couch and brushed them out for free. He was super friendly as well and answered all my rogue questions about caring for velvet. Highly recommend.
