  They are very professional and knowledgeable and will get the job done. I'm scheduling projects at this time but have nothing but good things to say about Brat Tree 🌲🌴By the way TJ is a very nice guy with lots of expertise and he's always on time, polite and keeps a smile on his face which always brightens my day . 😀🌈🌟

  Great experience with getting an estimate from Bratt Tree. I received reminder notifications of my appointment as well as a text when the arborist was on his way. Jake was on time, knowledgeable, and detailed. He clearly answered my questions and provided a thorough estimate with different levels of service. The only reason this isn't a five star review is that the AI phone answering service is highly off-putting and ineffective. I would rather just leave a message and get a call back than deal with the frustration of an AI system that can't take my basic information or adjust when it already has my information in the system.

  Many thanks to Hayden, Jackson, and their team for weight reduction on our boxelder tree and for avoiding lawn damage to get in the final trimming. I highly recommend the crews at Bratt and want to thank our previous arborists and team members: Clayton, Ezra, and Francisco. Together the Bratt team members have helped us remove a large ash tree from a hard to access back yard, reduce weight on and stabilize another huge tree with cables, and we've hired them for projects since 2025. Scheduling is easy, communication is excellent, and we were able to schedule service without excessive delays. They care about trees, are knowledgeable, answer questions well, and accommodated on-scene homeowner requests as part of providing excellent customer service. Highly recommended, thanks again!

  If you are looking for an arborist who truly knows her craft, look no further than Hayden. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about trees. With just a look, she identified not only the species but the variety and explained what was healthy what wasn’t and why! She was honest about what had to go and what is solid to stay for years to come. I felt like I was being educated by someone who truly cares about her expertise She was candid, efficient, and answered every question with confidence and patience. Y’all, she came back up to the door before she rolled out at the end of the walk through to give my goofball dogs a lil treat. I cannot recommend highly enough. Hayden, thanks for giving me hope for my yard! :))
