Came into today for some lumber the guy behind the pro desk the guy rudely told me he was busy and got a bad attitude and was unwilling to find a solution to help me. Last time I was in there took 4hours to pull 9 boards for my order as I stood in the store with associates not knowing what they are doing and admitting to that fact. Very poor customer service and not getting any better if not getting worse. Should not receive a attitude from associates behind the counter.

We had just left a competitor’s store without buying anything because they couldn’t answer a question. Not only did Joel answer this question, we were so impressed with Joel and Steve that in 1.5 hours, we left with nearly everything we needed to do a remodel bathroom Job! Joel was incredibly knowledgeable about every detail of the remodel, so he was able to answer all our questions and guide us on getting all of the proper pieces we needed from toilet and tub fittings to electrical. I was blown away (literally) by his expertise in bathroom fans! Who knew all that there was to know?! Steve helped find all the necessary parts quickly and Joel reminded us of a few extras we would have forgotten. Steve ordered the item we wanted online that was out of stock to be delivered to us. Rachael was fast and friendly checking us out and everyone loaded us up in a jiffy! Customer service like this is so hard to come by these days and it is so appreciated! You knocked it out of the park! These staff deserve a raise!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
