  DeAnn Dooner was AMAZING, we had no trouble finding exactly what we wanted but only thanks to her expert help in showing me and my wife around the floors until we'd found the perfect couch for our basement. Five Stars, we'll be coming back to refurnish the rest of our basement as well!

He took the time to answer all of our questions, listened to what we were looking for, and never made us feel pressured. He made the furniture shopping process easy and enjoyable.   Max was very helpful. Kind and attentive to what i needed and was looking for. I was able to take home a much needed lamp for our bedroom and an office chair as well. I would look for his assistance again if I need anything in the future. Thank you Max it was fun talking with you and you are very good at your job.

  DeAnn was extremely helpful to point out the various features of the many outdoor chairs we were considering. She even allowed me to take a chair outside to the parking lot to get a truer read on the color of the frame and fabric. In the end we bought six chairs and three tables that have made our patio fire pit the place to be!!

  I always love coming to Hom, but lately I have nothing but great things to say about them. This was one of the stores of a handful I looked at when browsing for furniture. As a first-time homeowner, I want to make sure what I buy is the best possible option and to get inspiration in person, not online. I want to feel out different couches. Sizes, shapes, etc. More than just couches though I wanted to look at kitchen and outdoor selections too. The one thing I like about Hom when compared to a place like Schneiderman's is the hands-off approach. If you need help, there are plenty of friendly salespeople ready to assist and answer questions, but if you just want to peacefully browse, they actually let you and respect your choice! On both occasions I've visited recently, they have kindly greeted me, and then let me be when I said I was just browsing (instead of hounding me). THANK YOU. I went with my family and we like to shop together and share our opinions on the furniture. There's also a bit of goofing off between siblings, which the employees didn't hassle us about. We enjoyed the cookies, the massage chairs, and then went about our business looking at all the furniture. The vibes were so welcoming here and I really really appreciate that! I never found something that truly spoke to me, but I got plenty of great ideas, and the prices were all pretty reasonable. I cannot speak to their purchase process but it seemed pretty standard and I would feel like any purchase here would be a good idea. I do think there are too many mattress options, and not enough sectionals. I honestly wasn't too impressed with a lot of the options there stylistically, but I really can't complain too much because I spent $0 and my time spent was pleasant. It was just nice to shop the way I wanted to. The furniture seemed like it was all pretty solid quality though.
