  I have used their services for years, even before the new owner ship that happened a few years ago. I even had them put a system in my son's yard when he purchased a house in Maple Grove. They are great people to work with. I mean everyone, from the front office to the technicians. They are honest down-to-earth people! I wouldn't go anywhere else Terry Anderson

  Very unprofessional. Wasted my time going over a job for an estimate and they never return calls or followed up ! So many better companies in the Twin Cities to service this market.

  Van driver 28 license plate 839 + nbz is an incompetent driver forced me out of my lane and then slammed on his brakes nearly causing multiple accidents

  Never showed up first visit of the spring. Delayed to a day I couldn’t supervise and sure enough they did not do all work I requested and would expect (I don’t think making sure all zones run is expecting too much). Called to complain and they said they would sent someone out without the trip charge but even with labor it was another $600 on top of the prior trip - no estimate given beforehand. Sprinkler now work and it is almost July after I watered manually May and June. I’m several thousand into this company over 3 years just on maintenance. Maybe I just have had bad luck with a lemon sprinkler system, but to me it seems like they don’t have good customer service here. ------ Update: Called to explain the escalating bills from a simple routine request and they knocked off some labor. Very much appreciated and increasing to 3 stars.
