  I paid for white glove service and the freight company told my son who was home to receive the delivery that they just were supposed to drop off the boxes - even though I paid for white glove delivery. They just dumped the boxes at the end of the deck.

  The service Yardbird provides is superior. We needed a new gas hose and they got us exactly what we needed in a timely basis.

  Very Happy with the chairs and loveseat that we purchased. Very comfortable and is made to last. After having everything at our house for several months I've had no complaints. The chair covers also, have held up and actually stay on the chairs without a pull string at the bottom. Could not be happier.

  I bought a large sectional, a chaise lounge chair, and some tables from Yardbird in Wauwatosa, and it was the best investment I’ve made to my outdoor patio living space. The Yardbird representatives in the store were helpful and respectful. They answered all of my questions without trying to push any product or service on me. The white glove delivery was smooth and very easy. My patio furniture was delivered in two weeks and the delivery men quickly unpacked and arranged the furniture for me. I’ve now had the furniture for over 2 months, and I’ve had no complaints. My guests absolutely love the pieces and the quality of the product is amazing. The fabric dries quickly if there’s a heavy rain, it’s easy to clean, and the couches are very comfortable. The sectional covers are easy to put on as well. Overall, I love my Yardbird purchases and I would purchase from them again if I ever need any additional patio furniture.
