  Trace Henault did a thorough job documenting the issues with our chimney. He clearly communicated to my husband and I what needs to be done to repair the chimney and bring it up to current code. The estimate and other documents were emailed to us in less than an hour after Trace left our home.

  Chimney Doctors hired for chimney cleaning and inspection. Jack was personable and professional, and work space and surrounding area was cleaned nicely. I appreciated the walk through of future repairs and going the extra mile to identify a solution for a damper replacement.

  Ben of Chimney Doctors came to our home on time and went right to work. He was very friendly and did a great job. He communicated everything he was going to do and showed me what he had done after he had finished. I am very pleased with his work and would recommend Chimney Doctors to anyone who needs to have their chimney clean.

  Chimney Doctors did major work for us a few years ago, replacing the entire flue and chimney crown. They were professional, friendly, and on time throughout the process, and they always gave us a heads-up when they were on their way. We recently had our first inspection since that repair, and Ben Allrich completed the inspection. He was professional and thorough, and Chimney Doctors provided a great summary of the inspection along with photos of all the key areas around the fireplace, flue, and crown. Everything is still looking great, which gives us a lot of confidence that the original work was done right and has held up well over time. I would definitely recommend Chimney Doctors for both chimney repair and inspection work.

Jack and Isaiah were incredibly friendly and thorough during the fireplace inspection. They provided professional advice and recommendations on care and maintenance.
