Victor and Danny did an absolutely fantastic job on repairing our fireplace and replacing our chimney!!!! We cannot say enough! They were on time, well-prepared, clean, and careful when working in and around our home. They kept us informed at every single step of the process, letting us know what they were doing, and what they were finding, including pictures. The process went exactly how it was explained in the bid, and there were no surprises. They were extremely professional and diligent workers! It was mostly a rebuild with an addition of a stainless steel liner, and they had all of the demolition and rebuild done within a day and a half. Personable, nice, clean, respectful, and attention to detail! Highly recommend to everyone!

We became aware of the company when we visited their booth at the MN State Fair. Learning that they were CSIA Certified & their Boss is the only Certified Master Chimney Sweep in Minnesota, we decided to take the leap & have them inspect our new home. Abe came to our home today & was extremely thorough in explaining the company, the process prior to inspection, educated me during his evaluation, & gave me a full understanding of his findings after. Also, He viewed our inspection report for when we got our chimney inspection during our home buying process & helped clarify my understanding. I appreciated that. After he did his inspection, he explained what would be in the package & why. He was patience, kind, & answered my questions/concerns. I respected that he was honest, aware of our families needs/concerns, & didn’t oversell. I felt seen & valued as a customer. I highly recommend using chimney doctors - I guarantee that you will also feel the genuineness from this family owned company too. 💗

Had an awesome experience overall - from the initial bid, work getting done, and billing process. We had a rather large project, chimney roofline up rebuild and two interior wood fireplace conversions to gas. Hal really helped us understand what Chimney Doctors does more thoroughly vs what other companies were overlooking. He also continued to be very helpful, all the way up to inspection. De helped clear up a tiny billing issue and was very pleasant to chat with! Definitely recommend Chimney Doctors, 100%. Double shoutout to Hal (sorry De you only get one, ha)

Jorge & crew just demolished our crumbling chimney we were no longer using in a wood burning capacity. We LOVE our new, clean roofline! They worked through the rain, were very conscientious about keeping the entire work area clean & protected. They also removed a secondary vent we were no longer using and patched it with concrete to match the surrounding concrete block. A little paint and we’ll never know a hole existed. Finally, they also removed an old satellite dish we were no longer using. Great customer service and work quality.

I met with Hal Welch today to look over a few different Chimneys at my house. It was a free consultation, so no cameras or real invasive work, no quotes, but helpful advice and loose ballpark estimates so I can arm myself with the knowledge further down the road. Hal rocked - he prepared me 40-minutes in advance before arrival, was polite and respectful the whole time, and ended up spending over 1.5 hours going through the house, talking through all the chimney conditions, and making recommendations. I did NOT feel "sold" on anything, it was set up as an informational meeting, and it felt professional but not pushy or sales-y. Much appreciated. I was surprised when Hal climbed up on my roof to inspect and get photos of the various chimneys (it's a scary roof!), and at the end of the conversation he shared all of those with me so, again, I would be armed with knowledge when it comes time to tackle the projects. Hal had a few diagrams to help me understand "chimney lingo," as well as explain what repairs involve and might look like. He offered to explain everything as if I knew nothing (or any other level of lingo/technical jargon), which I appreciated, but I never felt talked down to. I walked away from our conversation very well informed. I would 10/10 work with Hal to work on my Chimney(s), and if everyone is as professional and knowledgeable as him, I will happily partner with Chimney Doctors in the future for all my Chimney needs. 5 stars.
