  Lawn looks terrible. Has lots of weeds in it. Would like somebody to come out and take a look at it from the company

  I was told that the owner was out until Wednesday, so this review will stay unless situation is properly dealt with. To start: 1. I called and requested a soil sample test. I told the team that I don’t know exactly what the lawn needs, but it is suffering and I would like for them to first test the lawn and put together a game plan for services moving forward. I was happy to pay for the test and service. I was told that a rep would reach out in order to schedule an appointment. The rep never reached back out, and I had to call again. 2. Upon calling again, I finally was able to schedule an appointment and was told that the representative “should be” able to make it the next morning. I figured that they probably wouldn’t so it didn’t surprise me when the company canceled the appointment and the representative arrived the next day. 3. When the representative arrived, he did not have anything to perform a soil sample with and just advised me on what the lawn needed. 4. The company sent me a contract and told me how to reply in order to proceed with the contract. I then did not hear back for about three days and had to call to confirm whether they received the contract and if I was going to be a client moving forward. 5. I had communicated to the company over the phone that I was a little hesitant to work with them due to the lack of proper communication but was advised that it would not happen again moving forward. In that same conversation, I had asked explicitly to be notified when the company was going to come out to perform services so that I could get the yard ready (at this point I haven’t mowed in quite a while, and there are leaves and other debris around the lawn that would prevent from getting good coverage of whatever needed to be sprayed). 6. Today I received a text message that the company had already bent out and that our lawn had been sprayed (no notification had been sent prior) 7. I called the company and asked to confirm as to why I wasn’t notified and was told that I probably just didn’t receive my text message (even though I did receive the one where they told me that they already had come out) 8. At this point, I had told them that I don’t feel comfortable moving forward with the company due to the lack of professionalism and communication on their part and that I would like a refund, since I paid in full. They mentioned they would only apply a partial refund (for services rendered, even though efficacy is it yet known) and that I would have to wait for the owner them to decide otherwise. I will update my review if whatever they sprayed ends up actually working. Until then, this review is solely based on the customer service experience that I received with the company.

  The sprayer after it was removed from trailer was allowed to sit on my lawn for a bit. The spray nozzles were dripping on lawn while sprayer wasn't moving thus burning the grass in a couple of areas. Also I was surprised that they didn't spray close enough to curb to kill curb weeds. On another note, the previous time my lawn and my neighbor across the street got our lawns sprayed a hose broke on the chemical tank and ruined some grass on my neighbors curb. A crew was sent out to resod the damage but that didn't work. I'm just saying the spray guys needs to be a little more diligent. This is not totally directed to any one individual.

  Week 5 slit seed I think some bad seed I do not suggest you have this done I never had weeds before and can’t control them. They suggest I keep watering. What the weeds?
