- AFAlice Ferox4 days ago5.0Garrett was great. He didn't hover or babysit us during our shopping experience (we prefer to self guide), but remained available and helpful for when we had questions. We had gone to Schneiderman's previously and their sales people were so pushy and wouldn't leave us alone. So we didn't buy. Sometimes less is more and it is important to understand your customers needs. Sometimes less is more. Garrett understood that.

The young lady that waited on me. KIRA Toliver is the bomb. She was very patient. Made sure I was OK and comfortable after I told her what I was looking for she looked on the showroom floor with me as well as online to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. - RSRobert SvecJun 25, 20265.0We have used HOM Furniture for a lot of our home furnishings over the years. We always contact George Berndt who works in the Brooklyn Center location. We moved and in the process of moving we decided to down size to a queen bed vs a king and I reached out to George and asked if he could find a bed frame that would match all the rest of our bedroom furniture. He got back to me within a few hours and he had a similar piece that would work. In our conversations back and forth via text it was time for payment and he called me and we exchanged payment details He set up the billing, the delivery and we also had it assembled by the crew. The furniture arrived yesterday and it looks amazing George is an amazing sales rep, he listens to what you want and is driven to help in anyway he can. The crew that assembled to bed yesterday Christian C and Ethan S out of the Fargo location they were amazing too! Already did a survey on them but had to mention again.
