Erika is the quintessential example of a Goodwill Ambassador for her company. I was moving across the country with a POD and needed help coordinating logistical arrangements for dropping off the POD. Erika proved a tremendous asset to the success of my move. I enjoyed interacting with her during multiple visits to my storage unit over the course of entire year. Moved from Public Storage to Extra Space Storage mid July. I stopped in and the lady working was so nice and accommodating. Jessica I believe is her name. I needed to make a change last minute so when I called I was routed to the general service line. Worked with a lady in SC and she was super helpful, patient and made a couple of suggestions that got me a better deal. She went above and beyond. Got a call from Erika, the manager right away checking in on me and wanting to verify that my choices would best suit my situation. Met her on check in day and that experience was exceptional. I had some concerns and she addressed them honestly and up front. I've been there almost every day these past couple of weeks and the facility is clean everyday, the renters are nice and respectful and management and staff are attentive with top notch care and service. In the past 15 years I've dealt with Extra Space Storage in multiple cities and states. Coming back after being at Public Storage (horrible experience) it almost feels like coming back home. Erika and her team take care of that Storage facility and they make me feel comfortable and trusting that my possessions are safe and secure. Thank you Erika and Jessica for the great work you do. I appreciate you.
