Working Erika has been a 5/5 experience, hands down. From picking up my keys to answering questions, she’s always been responsive, professional, and kind.
The sign up process was simple and intro rates are very accessible for short-term storage. I give the company as a whole 4.5/5 stars because it would’ve been good to know rates go up after every few months, especially for folks who are looking for longer lease terms. The building has always been clean and easy to access, especially with the app.
