  10am-noon window - Awful, disrespectful human being showed up to our residence. We are new home tenants and did not know we had to shut water off. Was shut off in 5 minutes and instead he Did not do his job and left with zero heads up to us. Did not offer to come inside and turn the water off. Never gave us his name, yelled at us about how he has a schedule. Was at the neighbors for 30+ minutes but 5 minutes at our residence was an inconvenience. I left work to accommodate his schedule, but he couldn't be bothered to do his job correct and respectfully. 3pm-5pm window - Edited and bumped from 1 star simply for the work of Nathan who came back out and was respectful and efficient. Would recommend Nathan any time. Immediately explained what the process was and what he needed to due/ access he needed. Wasn't worried about rushing through his schedule and actually cared about customer service. Thank you Nathan.

  Great company to work with on anything irrigation. I needed a sprinkler line fixed and they came out in a timely manor and got everything properly. Highly recommend!
