  We had such a wonderful experience with Tyreese from the moment we walked into the store all the way through our purchase. He was incredibly pleasant, genuine, and welcoming, and we truly appreciated how comfortable he made the entire experience. What stood out most was that Tyreese never once made us feel pressured or pushed into buying anything. He gave us the space to look around, answered all of our questions, and created such an easygoing environment that we could laugh, have great conversation, and actually enjoy the furniture shopping experience despite it being close to the store closing. Thank you so much for all of your help and for making the entire process so enjoyable. We absolutely love the furniture we purchased from you and can’t wait to enjoy it in our home! And most importantly, we hope you continue to get all the sleep you need, because we’re about to be very, very sleepless with our new baby! At least we’ll have beautiful new furniture to enjoy during those late night feedings and sleepless nights! Thank you again, Tyreese!!   Poor first experience as a new Minnesota resident. First I was charged for a “protection” agreement that I did not request. I noticed only after I got home and thoroughly examined the receipt. It was credited. Then we picked up the furniture and discovered defects. We had to wait three days to return because the dock is only open certain days. Why? I still have one item on order and not expected to arrive till November. Nebraska Furniture Mart, this is not.

  I had a very positive experience working with Shannon at the Bloomington Mn store. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the furniture-buying process. She listened to what I was looking for, answered my questions without being pushy, and made the process easy and enjoyable. I especially appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to take the time to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would definitely recommend Shannon to anyone looking for furniture and excellent customer service.

  Joe is a rockstar. The world needs more blunt clarity, especially in the furniture shopping space, and we got exactly that today. I’m delighted with the whole experience. The cookie shop, the delightful employees (not just Joe but especially Joe), and of course the great variety of products and prices, as well as flexible pickup/delivery options were the highlights of my experience today. Raises all around!!

  We had an excellent experience working with our sales consultant, Nichole, at HOM Furniture in Bloomington. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We came in looking for a coffee table, a lamp, a gathering table for our basement recreation area, and a server to coordinate with the table. Nichole spent nearly three hours helping us make the right choices for these long-term additions to our home. She confirmed availability and helped us select pieces that complement one another beautifully without ever making us feel rushed. We truly appreciated Nichole’s time, patience, and guidance. If you have the opportunity to work with her, we highly recommend it!
