Even though he had another customer, he answered questions and kept checking back. With his assistance we were able to make our selection and order the product. Thanks for the great service!

  I've lived in 7 different states and bought furniture in all of them in my 60+ years. So, from that background I can say that my experience with Morgan P. at HOM furniture was the best I've ever had. I walked in needing an entire apartment of furniture. Morgan spent 5 hours with me and we accomplished the selection of everything I needed! This included customizing fabrics for the living room; Morgan was great in helping me pick colors and fabrics which went great together. Throughout the process she was professional and knowledgeable. She was also willing to say "I don't know" and then quickly get an answer - her honesty was refreshing. Throughout our 5 hours together, Morgan kept a sense of humor, helped me keep my own, and made the experience a pleasure, not a chore. Victor in their rug department and Ron in the mattress department were equally great and James also made the paperwork go smoothly. Thank you all. I heartily recommend the HOM store and it's staff for their friendly service and welcoming Minnesota spirit. As a transplant to the state they all made me feel at home and made the furniture buying experience a pleasure.

  John was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable In the products in which we desired to purchase. We had a great experience during the Fourth of July sale purchasing the products we needed for New apartment. The quality of the chair and the tables was impeccable. The price was lower than any of the other stores That we shopped at on similar products.

  Sally Johnston at the HOM furniture store in Bloomington,Mn did an excellant job helping me find a loveseat that fit my size and style. It was challenging since I needed to stay under 70 inches wide, contemporary sleek style , leather and an ivory beige color. She is a true sales person - low pressure sale, listened very well and knew the large store like the back of her hand. She knew exactly where to take and show me a variety of loveseats that were in line with what i was looking for. I spent over 2 hours in the store and had a very pleasant experience AND found a loveseat that worked for me! Thanks Sally.

  Design consultant Terry Hoines represents what a true professional is all about. We had intended to purchase a 50 inch patio table and four chairs, only to realize after Terry's thoughtful analysis that the space required a smaller table. He suggested a 42 inch, which was the perfect size. Most design and sales consultants don't consult, they merely take your order and hope that it works. Terry's experience and advice saved us from purchasing an oversized table and a regrettable, expensive purchase. We can't thank him enough for all his advice, guidance and expertise, all of which resulted in a truly rewarding experience. And outdoor furniture that will provide much enjoyment in years to come.
