  From the moment we walked into the store to the final purchase of our recliner, James was welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful. His kindness and professionalism made it easy for us to choose the perfect recliner.He provided us with a level of customer service and overall experience that we haven't had in a long time. We truly enjoyed our shopping experience at HOM Furniture.

  Disappointed in being told a delivery date two weeks after purchase and then being notified in email that it will be another 3 weeks. The salesperson rushed us through the purchase process because in his words a "repeat person has come in and she's a nice person and I need to go help her ." Well, we will not be repeat customers. And when that credenza arrives, it had better be in perfect condition and exactly what we ordered.

  We've spent the last four months looking at different types of mattresses to replace our mattress of 15 years. We liked Home Furniture because they had several options to choose from and weren't entrenched with any one brand. The two different salespeople that we worked with explained the mattresses and let us lay on beds 3 different times. We finally choose the Avocado mattress for its comfort and sustainability. We really appreciate how patient the sales staff were with us as it took a long time for us to decide.

  My family and I went in to the Bloomington HOM Furniture to look for a couch. While we were looking at options, Jeff McCaffrey, the sales consultant helping us, points out my posture in the different options and notes what seems more comfortable for me. It was very helpful for me and aided my decision-making process. He also navigated my family’s comments of different furniture and things they noticed to show us pieces that fit what we needed. Overall, an amazing experience. Thank you Jeff for your patience and taking the time to help us find what we wanted!

  The product delivered is defective. For the prices they charge, quality check at assembly and delivery should occur. They'll sell you a product swiftly then leave you disappointed without support after delivering a poor product. Waiting 48 hours for the first communication after reporting an issue is unacceptable, so is being told that the likely solution will be to send a repair tech to look at the product. Expensive products should NOT need repair the moment they're delivered. I've now spoken with multiple other former customers who've had this same experience with HOM, I do not recommend this company. There are plenty of other places to spend your hard earned money.
