  Working with Liz Nelson at Gabbert's Design Studio was an absolutely wonderful experience, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She helped us purchase a Jane chair and ottoman along with a new American Leather couch, guiding us through a process that felt overwhelming at first but became enjoyable thanks to her. We had a particularly tricky space to work with, multiple brand new pieces, a tricky layout, and dimensions that weren't easy to figure out on our own. Liz tackled it all with real skill: living room layout, furniture placement, suggestions for new pieces to fit our space, rug placement, fabric selection, and precise furniture measurements. Her expertise made a complicated project feel manageable. She knows the product lines inside and out, and her recommendations are spot on. What truly sets Liz apart is the time and patience she gave us. She never once made us feel rushed or pressured, she let us take the time we needed to review options and make decisions we felt confident about, and she never pushed anything that didn't fit what we actually wanted. Her attention to detail was extraordinary, and it was clear she genuinely cared about getting things right for us, not just making a sale. Liz is excellent at listening to clients and delivering what they want and envision. Liz is knowledgeable, patient, generous with her time, and an absolute pleasure to work with. If you're taking on a design project, especially a challenging one, she is hands-down the person you want in your corner. We will absolutely be working with her again!

  Karena was super helpful when we were shopping for bedroom furniture, enlightend us on options that were not evident in the showroom (ordered complete bedroom set to fit adjustable bed). Also had a great follow-up consult at our home to help confirm the order details plus provided paint and accessory details. Awesome experience all-around!
