I wasn’t able to get in touch with a manager despite asking multiple times, and I spent most of the day on the phone trying to get an update. To make matters worse, my couch was marked as delivered even though it never arrived. The lack of communication, accountability, and organization made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company based on the poor service I received.

Andrew Arvila introduced himself, and was a GREAT, not-pushy help to me on my three visits to the store. I was shopping for a dining room set, and Andrew helped with removing leaves, measuring, etc. He was always helpful, never overbearing. I had a great experience and can't wait for my new purchase to be delivered!
