I ordered appliance through this store once they were supposed to be delivered someone from their team returned my order. I then had to re order all the appliances. After re ordering 2 weeks later they told me they don’t have some of the appliances any more. I then had to pick different appliances. I’ve had to do many extra trips to the store. I’ve had to sit on hold for 30 minutes at a time.

Absolutely unacceptable and disturbing experience with the BLAINE LOWE'S and their third-party delivery service through MAERSK. A delivery driver was inside my home taking VIDEO RECORDING of my residence and the video included my two year old son - all WITHOUT any disclosure of doing so and was NEVER ASKED FOR CONSENT.
Once I found out he had been video taping, I asked for his name, the company he worked for, and his supervisor's information. He refused, told me to contact Lowe's and then immediately left. The delivery was never completed, my existing washer was left disconnected, and water was left all over my laundry room floor.
When I contacted Lowe's, I was transferred to the ASM, Kurt/Curt. He told me there was nothing he could do because it was a third party, offered no resolutions and was incredibly dismissive of my concerns. He then made an EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE gender- based comment that, "as a man" he understood why the driver would take recordings - "to protect himself from women."
That was the response and final statement from Lowe's regarding an unidentified contractor taking video recording of my residence and minor child without my knowledge or consent. This is something that should have been taken seriously and immediately escalated. Instead, I was dismissed and offered no resolution.
