- SWScott wochnick1 day ago1.0I bought my appliances on 5/11-26 after 5 p.m. All the appliances went on sale cheaper than what I paid 3 days later. I contacted customer service and found out after the fact that you don’t match the price 48 hrs after purchase or that you have to use a Lowe’s credit card to get a price difference up to 30 days. None of things were told to me when I bought the appliances. Was told by customer service the only way I could get the difference in money was to return everything and then purchase it again after it was already delivered . Home Depot offers price difference no matter what for 30 days, I suggest to everyone to take your business there. Lowe’s sucks, had a bad experience, do not purchase appliances from Lowe’s.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
