- JSJennifer SwansonMay 11, 20261.0I had a terrible experience unfortunately. They ordered and installed a part, but did not check back to ensure it was working. Two days later, my hot tub had no water in it. They came back out and said the spa had cracked. They would not repair the crack but told me they would refund the $600+ for the part and service, and offer a discount on a new spa. They told me to check my insurance to see if it’s covered. When I called MinnSpas back, they refused to even refund the $600+ I spent on their faulty service. Very poor way to handle a service issue.
