The entrance is on 34th Ave West (directly across from Pilot). Gates are open during business hours and then proceed to DOOR 13 to check in at the front desk. ONLY use the com box if the gates are closed. At our facility, you leave your doors closed while backing up to the dock doors. We open your doors from the inside. Cleaning your trailer should be done prior to arrival at our facility. Drivers will get a red light once an employee has started to load your trailer. The employee will come to you with your paperwork. Once you have signed your paperwork and received your copies you will get a green light. You are free to go. Load bars and straps can be placed into the trailer for the employee to secure the load.
