Bridget from Appliances is the WORST. Very unprofessional. Very disappointing experience. First, we asked for help from an older gentleman, an employee, who was extremely helpful and kind and helped us. We had asked about a clearance stovetop that didn’t have a tag and were given a very reasonable price. Same for another item.
As we were loading the items into our cart, another employee, Bridget, came over even though we hadn’t asked for her help. She immediately started questioning us about the appliances, “Do you have the prices?” We said yes, then she started scanning the items and suddenly quoted us over 3x the price that the man gave us. It was ironic that she quoted us for a clearance item stovetop a higher price than the displayed brand-new one from the exact same brand with more burners. It was pretty funny seeing her face in shock when I explained that it can’t be correct. She lowered it, but it was still 2x what the man told us. She did the same for the other item, completely different and much higher prices than what the first employee had given us.
So we said, “Never mind, thank you, we’re not getting them.” Bridget got annoyed and she would not give us space to look at other items in the aisle and kept hovering around us, mumbling and seemingly complaining about us while we shopped. She wouldn’t let us shop in peace until we specifically asked to be left alone.
We never approached her or asked for her help in the first place, so the attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Very disappointing customer service experience from Bridget!

그시간에 와서 15분을 기다렸다고 거짓말을 하고 2알후에 배달 하겠다고 해서 구입 취소를 하겠다고 하고 매당에가서 구매 취소를 한다고 하니 직원이 내일 배달시키겠고 확언 다시 돌아오는중 배달업체가 전회가 와서 냐ㅡ내일은 안된다고 해서 구매취소하겠다고 전화를 끊고 매장에가니 매장 직원이 내일 배달업체가 배달 하겠더고 연락이 왔다고 한다... 똥개 훈련시키는 것도 아니고 ....
그리고 연락이 왔다 메사지로 내일 오전 8시부터 오후 8시 사아에 온다고..

I bought a $1,500 oven during a Labor Day sale. Upon delivery, the oven was damaged on both sides. We were told that we could receive a discount based on the damage. We were never given a discounted number because that goes through "corporate." Not sure who to talk to about that, but ultimately we wanted an undamaged oven. It turns out that the oven we bought is now out of stock. I was told that there are no available ovens within the region, and they have know idea when it will come back in stock. The worst part of the whole experience was the surprising lack of communication and care to find a solution. I had to go in the store twice to get an update and figure out next steps. After two weeks of being in limbo and being charged for the oven, I had to waste more of my time, by leaving work early to go in the store and get a refund. It feels crummy to be dismissed and treated poorly. I will do my very best to not go in or support this store moving forward.

Tamika was absolutely wonderful! I called the store first looking for a specific item, and she actually took the time to walk over to the products while we were on the phone, look at the different options, and explain them to me. When I told her I was going to come in, she told me to ask for her when I arrived.
Sure enough, when I got there, Tamika made herself available, walked me over to the items, and took her time explaining everything and helping me figure out exactly what I needed. She never made me feel rushed and even let me know that if I needed anything else, I could reach back out or come back in.
This was some of the best customer service I’ve received at this store. Tamika is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly cares about the people she’s helping. She is an absolute asset to this store and any company fortunate enough to have her.
