We just switch to Pye Barker - This transition has been amazing, We found issues that needed to be addrssed were fixed at a fair price. Eric the Sales rep was in contact with me every step of the way. The install team arrived, took thier time and got everything we needed done. I loved the open communication and moving forward I will not use anyone else for Life and Fire Saftey.

Avoid this company like the plague. Asked for a quote originally in 2024. Company sends techs to perform work thats was never ordered, scheduled or authorized, then sends techs again for the yearly inspection of work that was never ordered. Then proceeds to invoice for inspection that was nevered ordered, scheduled, or authorized. Then sends invoice to collections because we arent paying for an inspection we never wanted, ordered, or scheduled. Vanguard can not do anything to help or rectify situation still expects invoice to be paid. Unbelievable.
