My name is David K. I frequent your store often. On 8-28-26 at 10:42 am I purchased 15 bags of glacial bay soil, wooden stakes, and orange perimeter tape. As I walked through the store I was spoken to by the kind ego mower guy and another worker. Made my way to the garden center to get soil. I’m looking for a cart, 2 employees walk pass me chatting. No help asked. Cool! I finally stumbled upon a cart. Too small. I saw another one with the handles on it. Handles were in the way. Went outside the store and there was the large flat bed. Perfect!!! Brought it over to soil. 3 workers 20 feet from me stood there chatting about dungeons and dragons and no help offered. Went to the front to check out. A beautiful sweetheart named Cynthia asked if I need help loading. I declined. I told her 3 young men stood there and watched me look for a cart and load it. I don’t want anything from them now. She insisted by telling me to pull my truck and she’ll call. I told her no thank you. I’m prideful in that sense. Them boys saw me before Cynthia did. If they wanted to help. She wouldn’t have to make any calls. As usual I did it myself as I always do. I can never depend on anyone and I don’t expect anything from anyone. But that’s their job and it would’ve been nice if they would have asked. Thank you Cynthia. I don’t expect anything to happen out of this. No talking to or reprimand to the employees. I’m just telling my story. 5 stars for Cynthia!

Here it is. Purchased 2 fernco rubber adaptors per an employee who was explained my situation because I am not a plumber. Employee said these will work. Great. Got home installed them on a new pipe I had not installed yet and the amount of play would have never sealed. So I brought them back. Employee at desk said no because they were dirty. DIRTY! OK so I asked again because its dirty? She immediately got someone else then that person got Steve. Apparently he has the ability to say yes or no. Steve was a fast talker with rehursed reasons but no direct answers why but said no as well. 11 bucks not a huge deal. I explained to him it was his employees fault and steve still said no because he cannot resell them. I told him the Employee that was working them plubming dept at that time and he said that person works opening and not that dept eluding that I must be lying. Trying to discredit me like Im some kind of bum trying to get over on a store for 11 bucks. Unprofessional and has zero skills on working with the customer. I was going to get the correct parts which I did go get after leaving the counter. Why should I eat the 11 bucks here? Seems it was the employees fault for leading me down the wrong path. 11 bucks. Steve's disrespect and this review that will reach hundreds over 11 bucks. I hope he retorts. Id love that. Cmon Steve. Make better choices. Dying on a hill like this for 11 bucks.
