Actually had two associates arguing with each other that they were too busy and couldn’t help me find the Craftsman screwdrivers. One of them finally pointed out where he thought they were and it was the wrong direction. This was a Friday morning at 11:30 and the store certainly wasn’t busy.

You always hear about the bad but the good needs to be recognized and appreciated as well

- BFBrandon FieldsApr 26, 20261.0I will never go through Lowe's or Render's fence service for any home improvement needs period. The whole experience was awful. First Render's sends a single guy to do my fence. He cut my cable line, had to call Comcast out to repair that. The job was done half assed, parts were missing that I had to purchase and install myself, because the installer never returned. Got my wife to sign his paper saying he was done as she was getting our daughter out of the car from school. Her mistake, but he said he would be back with the parts he was missing. That was a week ago. There was a large gap big enough for my dog to fit through between the fence and the house. I had to buy extra fence parts to fix that myself. Most of the posts were left unfinished and half of them have no concrete poured. They are just sitting in a hole loosely packed with dirt. And now I'm stuck paying for a garbage fence install. It is what it is. Lesson learned.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
