  My experience with Bill & Rod's Appliance Store of White Lake, MI was EXCEPTIONAL!! My sales rep Sal was professional; he listened to me and worked with me to get the best washer and dryer for my new home. I appreciated his honesty and that he didn't try to sell me additional stuff. My appliances were delivered within a reasonable timeline. The delivery guys Shane and Josh were super careful when taking the washer and dryer into the basement and installing them. They were both very friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing appliances from Bill & Rod's Appliance Store in White Lake, MI! My only regret is that I didn't go to them first at the start of my search for a washer and dryer! To top it off I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Speed Queen Top Load Washer and Gas Dryer - they wash/dry my clothes so efficiently and the easy-to-use settings are a game changer for my family - my teenage boys are doing their own laundry! :)

  Bill & Rod's delivered and installed a Wolfe range out of level in both directions. One foot was not even resting on the floor. They also damaged the 2 front feet during installation. No follow-up, no apology.

  I’ve been there a few times to get appliances, parts, or just ask questions about repairs, and they’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable. They’re definitely my go-to place. I recently had an issue with a Samsung appliance, and they helped me find a way to fix it. It’s just nice to walk into a place where you can have a real conversation with people who genuinely want to help and actually know what they’re talking about. Great people, great service, and always willing to help. I highly recommend them!
