  Excellent service. I reached out to get quoted on a couple of appliances, and Jason was very responsive and helpful. I never once felt pressured but always got timely responses to my questions. Someone from his team called to confirm delivery. I had asked in advance if they would wear respirators (which I was happy to provide) since I cannot afford to get sick. He was happy to oblige, and when the delivery people arrived, they kindly asked and had no problem wearing them. This means a lot to our family! They arrived on time and were very careful with our appliances and meticulous with the install. Everything looks fantastic, and we couldn't be more please. 10/10 recommend this business!

  EXCELLENT! From start to finish the experience was wonderful and we will definitely purchase all our appliances from Bill and Rod's. Ray Casper - Sales Specialist definitely meets his title. The premeasure and install personnel were all wonderful, thoughtful to us and our home, on time and efficient. Our new GE range looks and works great and it was the best price. Thank you all.
