I am currently painting my whole home for the first time, so Lori has seen me probably four times in the past two days (and will probably see me again tomorrow lol), and she has just been awesome every time, whether it was answering my random small questions or going the extra mile to help me get the perfect paint match. Eric was rude and lazy he did not want to do his job then got attitude with me and my husband that he had to do something simple which he didn’t even do successfully. It was actually mind blow the way he acted I love this Lowe’s and all the workers have always been so kind to me but how Eric acted had me ready to call for a manager

I always shop at the store being that I stay only 4 minutes away. But today, when I went in there, was this new lady at the self checkout register, and she kept hovering over me, like, I was trying to shoplift, or something, Would not help any of the other customers and couldn't even help me with the problem. I was having. But she stayed over 15 minutes. It made me feel so uncomfortable, and I'm pretty sure she saw I was uncomfortable. But still wouldn't back up.
Im at the point where i'm thinking about canceling my fifteen year, low's credit account and never shopping at lowe's again, after I purchased my stuff, I even went back in the store to watch her. She did not stay with one customer she asked the customer, did they need any help? They said, no, she left and went to the other customers. What was the difference with me

I am so disappointed in Lowe’s service. On May 17, 2026 I was told to have my new sink and garbage disposal installed I’d have to get my sink measured. I waited for two weeks or more and no one called me to set up a measurement. When I called Lowe’s for support , the Lowe’s representative gave me a number to call.. it was Thumbtack. I tried calling them three times the wait was 55 to 65 minutes. I went to Lowe’s to see how I could get my sink measured, although I didn’t need that. The sales person said a manager would call me. He or she never did. Thumbtack finally called to tell me that they have a measurement although I paid 35.00 and no one came to measure my sink. The person I talked to at Thumbtack said I was all set to make an appointment for installation. When I called Thumbtack back the next day or so.. another Thumbtack person said I can’t schedule an installation because Lowe’s did not send in the paperwork they needed that would hire an installer. I gave up after that.
I still have my sink, faucet, and garbage disposal with no one to install them. I’d give Lowe’s a zero stars if possible.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
