Tom and his crew quoted and removed the dead tree the same day! Who doesn’t love that kind of service. Tom and his crew were on time, efficient, courteous, and thorough with their clean-up. Will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thanks!!

Excellent service. Tom answered my call when I called to request a quote. He was over within 30 minutes and provided a fair quote based on other quotes I had gotten. His crew came out and did the job as promised, and they did the job while I wasn’t there, so didn’t need to take time off of work. Tom stopped by after I got home from work to make sure the job was done to my liking. I will use Tom and his crew again for any future work I may need. I definitely recommend them for any tree work needed.

Not sure how people got service actually completed. Had to reach out twice to get just a quote and they said “it said tree limbs so we didn’t take it seriously”. Walked straight into my backyard without a courtesy call. Said Wednesday or Thursday but they would let me know. Never let me know and ended up saying just “Friday” when I had to ask twice. Called and texted on them “Friday” and never got a response. Total waste of my time.

The team at Gray's Outdoor Service are terrific. They were helpful, efficient and Tom was willing to answer any question my parents and I had. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services. Thank you again to Tom and the team for all of your help.
